How can you improve teamwork with Career Profiling & HBDI?
Understanding other people is the key to effective teams. Teams that understand how each other thinks, what their preferences are, how their thinking preferences change under stress etc, are able to work more harmoniously together. You may have a team full of creative people that are full of bright and innovative ideas but lacking in the ability to implement their ideas. Through determining each team member’s thinking preference, you can build a highly effective “whole brain” team.
What is involved in the assessment?
Completing your HBDI Assessment is easy! Once you buy your HBDI Assessment and we have validated your payment, you will be emailed a link to the test. Simply enter the access key and answer the questions honestly and thoughtfully. Once you have submitted your completed test, we’ll send you a link to book your time for your debrief session.
What do I get?
You’ll receive your comprehensive HBDI Report (view a sample report) and a four hour debrief session for teams (individuals will require less time for their debrief session).
Why do I need a de-brief session?
Your HBDI Report is very detailed and presents a lot of data and statistics, our HBDI Accredited coach, will explain in detail what the information means and also provide coaching on how you can use the data to improve your interactions with others.
